First Ever Visit to the Dentist
We are happy you have made the decision to entrust us in your dental care. When you contact our office to request your appointment either by phone or this website, we would like you to make sure you let us know that you have not been to a dentist before. This information helps us schedule your appointment to allow the appropriate amount of time Dr. Battista requires to get to know you and your dental needs. If you are requesting an appointment for a child, please review our Pediatric page. Our office will request you provide us with an email address, cell phone number as well as work or home phone number to be able to confirm your appointment. We make every attempt to schedule a convinient appointment for you.
Circumstances may arise that may lead you to try a different dentist. Please inform us of when your last dental appointment was and when was the last time you had an exam, x-rays and cleaning. If you are not sure, we can contact your former dentist for you. We are required to take x-rays if they have not been taken within 1 year of the date of your appointment with us and if we have not received them from your previous dentist.
